We aim to dispatch your wedding flowers / wedding items within 15 - 20 working days, after cleared payment.
Should there be any sort of delay for any reason with your order you will be contacted by email.
As soon as your item/order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email to let you know t is on it's way
All items/orders are trackable. They are sent by either 1st class recorded delivery, 1st class special delivery or parcel force 48 depending on your individual order.
