A, Yes we are trained and have over 15 years experience, in designing both silk and real flowers; speiclaising in wedding flowers.
Q, I have pictures of wedding flowers pictures that I like, would you be able to make them?
A, Please e-mail us your pictures and we can quote you on your personalised silk wedding flower package
Q,How are your parcels sent?
A, We use royal mail recorded or a courier service, all parcels will require a signature.
Q, How soon after I make a purchase will my order arrive?
A, Your items should normally be dispatched within 15 - 20 workings days after cleared funds have been received. If you require an earlier delivery date please email BEFORE buying. We will then respond and let you know if we can meet your timescale.
Q,Where is your shop?
A, We operate an online business, based in Manchester; this way we don't have large overhead costs and can offer our silk wedding flowers at competitve prices.
Q, Do you charge for delivery?
A, Yes, we do charge for delivery; however the charge is minimal to cover some of the costs of packaging.
Q, I am worried. Will my wedding fowers may get damaged in the post?
A, We take a lot of care when packing your wedding flowers, to insure they will not get damaged.
If your parcel is damaged on arrival, you MUST write damaged when sigining for your parcel. Please contact us ASAP so we can resolve any issues.
Q, Can i collect my wedding flowers?
A, No, we are an internet based business and unfortunately we are unable to offer a collection service.
Q, Do you deliver internationally?
A, No, we only post within the UK.

A, You can pay via paypal, credit card personal cheque (please allow 7 working days for clearence) or bank transfer.
